If you want to order site design by my you need let my known:

• For want you site (just representation in net, personal site, or maybe internet-shop…)
• Size (number of pages) – maybe it “home”, “services” and “contact” or maybe you need 20-30 page (articles about something) or maybe you need information resourse – site with thousands pages.
• Design. I mean, I need examples, what you like and like what you want see your site:)
• You need CMS (content management system, “site engine”)?. CMS need if you want add or change info often.
  CMS not cost nothing (if it free CMS), but service to adding and configuring CMS – is worth. In rare case, when site maked, content added one time and never plane to update - probably, CMS is not necessery.< /li>

Work order:

We make a requirements specification, I say price, if price acceptable you make a 50% pre-pay.
Sorry, it is indispensable condition.
After it I make design, you enter your correction, and when design totally suit you – I make up this maket in functionally site. After you pay rest of price, I upload site on your hosting and sent you all source and work files.
If we not talking about support or consulting, i will NOT take you this services in future.

If you need just graphics (3d model, logotype, etc) – procedure is much easy.

You say, what you need, I say what it be worth, you sent 50% pre-paying, I start working and sent you previews. When result is done, you sent rest of money, I sent final image and work files.

I live in Russia, most prefer method of paying – Western Union (paypal not work with Russia, but via intermediate it also aviable time byt time) or maybe you can propose other method – I open, but make it before start of works.
